Things can easily go wrong when you’re on the ground, and for that reason, we have this program. We focus on different ways to fall on the ground, tactically. Fast ways to get up (kip-up) and be ready, right away. We also work on different attacks from the ground, whether it’s a choke or a pin, you’ll know how to get out of it.
IDF Aggressiveness Training
IDF Aggression Tactics
In the Israeli Defense Forces, one of the most important key factors is Aggression. This program is a very intense training style that the highest military personnel go though in Israel. Different tactics you will learn in this special program will help you to be aggressive in any fighting scenario. This is a very important element in your self-defense skill set.
J.R. Training
Jump Rope Training
This is a fun program that men and women love. The J.R. workout is designed to improve your speed, timing, coordination and control. All four elements are a must in a fighters “tool box.” In addition, this training program will improve your cardiovascular system. This great program will get you burning fat to the music. It’s a great way to work out!
Closed Area Training
In/Out Doors
This is a new program that focuses on the most dangers places to be attacked in. The attacks are mostly in small or enclosed areas; small rooms with little place to move around. Here, in this program you will develop your “sixth sense.” You will be shown how to make the right decision, how to think, and strategies for escape.
Take Down Tactics
Law Enforcement and Civilian Training
Here is a program where we learn how to use several take downs. Lots of our take downs are taken from the great martial arts, for example Judo, Japanese Ju-Jitsu and Aikido. Take downs are relevant to defending against close range attacks, such as the bear-hug, and are also a major component in law enforcement.
KM Sparring/ Fighting
Free Style
This fighting program is a high-end program that will give you the knowledge and experience to spar against any fighting style in the world. The material we cover in this class is from boxing, Muay Thai, MMA, Judo, Karate (Full Contact) and Ju-Jitsu. The reason this program exists is because you never know who will attack you and with what background of fighting they will come from. This program has different stages, from beginners to black belts.
KM Cardio
Light/Intense Fitness Training
The goal is very simple, burn that fat. This is a fun class that has over twenty different workouts per class! Very exciting workouts where you get to focus on losing weight. Every workout has different level of intensities starting from level 1 all the way to level 10, which is very intense. You can burn up to 1,000 calories per workout (60 minutes).
KM Power
Light/Intense Strength Training
The goal here is to gain muscle. A full body workout that is customized towards Krav Maga’s strength needs. It will improve the power for your strikes, and improve your speed as well. Strengthen your core, and work on that six pack you always wanted with the KM Power workout.

12-Hour Night Training
This is a special IDF program/seminar that starts at 8pm and goes on all night until 8am. The topics we cover change from seminar to seminar. You are given about four breaks throughout the night.

Here is a great mix of marital arts programs. The subjects that are covered in this class are all-sport combats. Kickboxing and ground-fighting. This class gives you the knowledge to recognize if your fighter/attacker has any fighting experience, and if so, what type.
Bar & Car Defense
Real-life situations
This is a special quarterly program that is designed to simulate real life threats. For example, we will work in parking lots with cars, fake guns, knives, etc. We also go to different bars throughout Los Angeles where we simulate what might happen in a bar and things to consider while going to a bar; fights, other patrons, and what happens when alcohol is involved.

Timed and fast-paced, KM Conditioning advances you to the next level of your training. This program will get you into ultimate fighting shape. Incorporated into classes from Level 3 and up. Preparation for the black belt program.
KM 360 Training
Multiple Attackers
You are defending yourself against one attacker. Suddenly, you see there are two more sneaking up from behind. How do you improvise in these situations? This program teaches you how to be ready for the unexpected and think three steps ahead. Deal with multiple attackers, and learn how to adjust to unexpected changes in an attack.
